Hello Adventurers

The team and myself hope you all have been doing wonderful in the last few months, since our last update we have been hard at work with various ideas and tasks. Most of these tasks are trying to capture all of our sanity and using it for more projects. But that is how it goes in the workshop, this month brings a fancy few updates regarding projects.
First we would like to provide an update on our latest system introduced:
The TeamNX Development Roadmap!
We’re incredibly excited to officially launch the new TeamNX Development Roadmap System!
This new system is designed to provide everyone with a clear, central, and up-to-date view of all active development projects across our community initiatives. Our goal is to increase transparency and keep you better informed about the features, fixes, and improvements we’re working on.
What Can You Do?
- Track Progress: See the current status (Planned, In Progress, Completed) of various development items.
- View Active Projects: Get a quick overview of what’s currently in development.
- See Details: Find descriptions, planned features, and relevant links (where applicable) for roadmap items.
- Stay Informed: Understand where our development efforts are focused.
Where to Find It?
You can access the live roadmap system right here:

Why is this Important?
We believe this system will foster better communication and provide valuable insight into the development lifecycle for all our projects. It’s a direct window into what’s coming next for the community!
Western Wilds is making its public appearance!
Red Dead Redemption 2 Online has been a great experience for the time it’s been out. The one thing its lacking however, are updates. I’ve spent a lot of time over the last few years playing and involving myself with CFX systems and servers I figured, instead of doing something that has been repeated like roleplay within RedM how about Freeroam?
The idea obviously seems farce,
Especially when you think of freeroam to most you think of is a random GTA Server being bombarded by oppressors and hunted like rats or in other cases attempting to do something in town on RDO and being lassoed and dragged out and taken out.
After a good year of debating back and forth with ideas and solutions, and a good few months of progress, we are proud to announce our official RedM Freeroam server is coming to open access testing!
The goal of Western Wilds is to bring players a fresh feeling to the forgotten and unloved Red Dead Online environment. With various balance ideas and systems in place with additional content that is updated and even shaped by the community environment and involvement.
It’s a long shot, but we take those shots here at Nexus and always have.
Technical Test Information
During our testing week we will be most active in collecting as much information based on players and interactions. This will help our shape of the freeroam design that we are aiming for.
Some of the systems are designed to be a Phase 1 concept which may look a little out of place, this is okay as we are not directly focusing on ‘aesthetic designs’ at this time we are mostly aiming for functionality and system interaction cohesion.
More information will be posted on the new roadmap system and discord for our first open week on 5/9!
