  2. Project-X | Customer Service Representative, Game Master

    Customer Service Representative, Game Master
    Please note this is for future opportunities on our Game Master team. All submissions will be reviewed by our team and if a vacancy arises applications will be considered.
    Nexus Community is always looking to hear from experienced customer service representatives for our projects, and other Nexus games.
    Customer service representatives will serve as the direct link between Project-X and its consumers. They offer assistance and guidance to players through a in-game typed-chat client, Discord, and Forums  (Priority being in that order). In addition, customer service representatives provide technical assistance and deal with account related issues. The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service representative who is very organized, with excellent customer service skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills. Shift hours and days may vary.
    Responsibilities
    Assist consumers with inquiries and issues relating to Project-X products and customer accounts via a In-game, Discord, and Forums. Investigate and follow up on inquiries / issues and respond / resolve in the most efficient manner possible. Perform data entry and order processing functions. Provide information to consumer on in-game related issues, account status, transactions, and billing issues. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
    Excellent written communications skills in English. Previous customer service experience. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Strong motivation and high level of commitment. Excellent teamwork skills. Able to work independently. Strong multi-tasking ability. Experience working with confidential customer account information. Strong knowledge of Windows-based operating systems. Strong knowledge of Project-X Features and their workings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or equivalent tools. Able to deal with customer issues over a range of channels. Advanced typing skills. Passion for World of Warcraft. Pluses
    in-depth knowledge of Nexus Community Projects

  3. Developer Application

    Our team has focused a lot on growing and making efforts to build our projects as much as possible. With that our development application was brought forth, our plans are to continue to open our areas of knowledge and build that knowledge gap on systems or features we do not know.
